Payment Terms & Conditions
All school fees are paid before attending the school, either in cash or credit/debit card or by post-dated checks.
1. The school grants a discount to the brothers 10% From education fees.
2. In the event that a student cancelled his registration before joining the school, an amount of 500 dirhams is deducted as a non-refundable registration fee.
3. In the case of withdrawal from school, any granted discounts to the student will be cancelled.
4. If the payment of all fees is not completed before the beginning of school, the school has the right to cancel the student’s registration.
5. Books and stationery shall not be disbursed except after presenting proof of full payment of school fees.
6. The student is not allowed to attend school unless the entire school tuition has been paid.
7. If the student withdraw from the school during the academic year for any reason, the fees due from him will be calculated as per the rules and directions of the ministry of education on the following basis:
-Tuition fees for a full month if he attends the school less than two weeks.
– Tuition fees for two full months if he attends the school for more than two weeks and less than one month.
– Tuition fees for three months if he attends the school for more than one month.
8. Books and school fees are not refunded, while transportation fees are refunded on the same basis as tuition fees.
9. In the event that the guardian fails to pay any of the instalments, the school has the right to take the measures it deems appropriate to collect the due instalments.
10. The registration application and its annexes is considered a contract between the guardian and the school with a duration of one academic year only and the commitment of both parties ends with the end of the academic year, New application must be submitted for the next year.
11. Al Shola American School will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
12 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this www.sholaamericanschool.com shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
